After identifying weak spots, you can define tasks, so-called activities, to improve the processes.

The person responsible creates an activity and at the same time defines the agent and end date by which the activity is to be completed. The agent can in turn create partial activities and delegate these to other agents. The agent reports back to the person responsible for the activity as to whether it has been carried out or not. The person responsible for the activity then checks its performance and assesses whether it was effective or not effective. This is done in the form of a change in status.

The agent and the person responsible for an activity can deliver risk evaluations for the activity.

Activities may be changed subsequently. This is how you can for example define a person responsible or agent or change the end date. You can also delete activities and restore deleted activities.

In the chart view of measure analyses you can show the corresponding activities as icons.

To create activities and partial activities, you need the Activity creation function privilege. To change or delete activities, you must either be responsible for the activity or have the CPI administration function privilege.

Each user can write a comment for an analysis. Comments are not directed to specific users, but can be read by any users who can view the analysis. Any user can reply to a comment and view other replies. Comments may be marked as improvement proposals. As a reaction to an improvement proposals, it is possible to create activities.

Comments and replies cannot be changed once you have created them. To delete comments, you must either be responsible for the comment or have the CPI administration function privilege.

System messages do not relate to a specific measure and may be read by any PPM user.

You can reduce the number of messages displayed according to specific criteria, delete messages and restore deleted messages.

To write, delete or restore system messages, you must have the CPI administration function privilege.

Planned value messages are automatically created by the PPM system as soon as a measure infringes the defined upper or lower planned value. They are sent to the recipients specified in the planned value definition.

Planned value messages cannot be changed. To delete or restore planned value messages, you must have the CPI administration function privilege.
