Create activities

You can define tasks, so-called activities, which are used to improve the processes. An activity always relates to a process type group or a process type, a measure and a particular period.

Your current analysis settings are used as a basis for the activity. The wizard only queries the missing settings.

Prerequisite

You have the Create activities function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open one of the Process analysis or Interaction analysis analysis realms or one of the Instance controlling or Improvement modules.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click New document New.

  4. Double-click Actions.

  5. Double-click Activity.

  6. Specify your settings and click Finish.

When you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the activity is sent and is assigned the status Open.

You can view, edit, and delete the activity in the Improvements module.
