Create partial activities
As an agent for an activity, you can create partial activities in order to delegate tasks to other employees.
Prerequisite
You have the Create activities function privilege.
Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
Click an activity in the Continuous business improvement list.
The activity is displayed in the detail view.
Right-click the detail view and select Create partial activity.
Select an agent for the activity.
Enter a date by which the agent is to complete the activity. To do this, click the button next to the box and select a date from the calendar.
If necessary, enter a new Subject.
Enter a description.
In the Link box you can specify a URL for a document containing more details.
If you want the agent to be notified of the new activity also by external e-mail, enable the Also inform agent via external e-mail check box. This option is only available if both the agent's and your e-mail address are specified in user management.
Click OK.
The partial activity is sent and is assigned the Open status.
