Create activities concerning a comment
You can create activities for comments that are marked as improvement proposals.
Prerequisites
The comment has the improvement proposal status.
You have the Create activities function privilege.
Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
In the Continuous business improvement list, click a comment with the status Improvement proposal.
The comment is displayed in the detail view.
Right-click the detail view and select Create partial activity.
Select an agent for the activity.
Enter a date by which the agent is to complete the activity. To do this, click the button next to the box and select a date from the calendar.
If necessary, enter a new Subject.
Enter a description.
In the Link box you can specify a URL for a document containing more details.
If you want the agent to be notified of the new activity also by external e-mail, enable the Also inform agent via external e-mail option. This option is only available if both the agent's and your e-mail address are specified in user management.
Click OK.
The activity is sent and is assigned the Open status. It is linked with the comment. The comment can no longer be answered.
