Automatically assign users to an organizational unit

You can automatically assign all non-assigned processors to a specific organizational unit.

Prerequisite

You have the Organizational unit management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Administration opens on a separate tab.

  3. Click Organizational units in the Administration bar.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Edit Edit.

    You can now edit organizational units.

  6. Select the organizational unit to which you want to assign all processors who are not yet assigned to an organizational unit or create a new organizational unit.

  7. Enable the All non-assigned processors to this organizational unit check box.

  8. Click Save Save.

Your settings are saved in the PPM database.

If your system uses Autosave mode, the Save button is not available. In this case, your settings are automatically saved to the database.
