Filter messages and actions

You can display particular messages in accordance with your current settings.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.

  2. Display the View tab bar.

  3. Click Analysis view Apply settings.

  4. Specify the required settings.

    1. In the process tree, select the element for which you want to display actions.

    2. Set the measures for which you want to display actions.

    3. If necessary, set a filter for the Time dimension.

Only those messages that meet the set criteria are displayed in the table.

You can further limit the messages displayed with regard to type and creation date.
