Limit the number of displayed messages or actions
You can filter the entries displayed in the message table by the Type of message and Creation date criteria. Furthermore, you can limit the entries according to your current navigation settings.
Display entries for a specific period of time
Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
Right-click in the Continuous business improvement list and select Filter creation time. A submenu appears offering various periods for limiting the messages shown.
Click a period.
Only actions that were created in the selected period are displayed in the table.
Display entries of a specific type
Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
Right-click in the Continuous business improvement list and select Filter message type. A submenu containing the message types is shown. All message types whose check box is enabled are displayed in the table.
Click a message type to enable or disable the check box.
Only the enabled message types are displayed in the table.
Limit entries according to navigation settings
Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.
Display the View tab bar.
Click
Apply settings.
The table shows only the types of message that correspond to the current settings for the navigation structure in terms of process type group or process type, measures, dimensions, and time filters.
