Edit user properties

You can edit the properties of users listed in PPM. Editable properties include function privileges, process access privileges, and analysis realm access privileges.

Prerequisite

You have the Privilege management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open PPM privilege management.

  2. Display the User tab.

  3. From the list, select a user whose properties you want to change.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Edit user Edit user in the tab bar.

  6. Specify your settings.

  7. Click OK.

Your settings are saved in the PPM database.
