Edit user group properties

You can edit the properties of user groups listed in PPM. Your changes affect all users assigned to a user group. Editable properties include function privileges, process access privileges, data access privileges, and analysis realm access privileges.

Prerequisite

You have the Privilege management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open PPM privilege management.

  2. Display the User groups tab.

  3. From the list, select a user group whose properties you want to edit.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Edit user group Edit user group.

  6. Specify your settings.

  7. Click OK.

Your settings are saved in the PPM database.
