Activate user groups in PPM

You can activate the user groups displayed but not activated in PPM. You can assign required privileges only to activated PPM user groups.

Prerequisite

You have the Privilege management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open PPM privilege management.

  2. Display the User groups tab.

  3. From the list, select a user group that is not activated in PPM.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Activate user group Activate user group.

The user group selected is now displayed as an activated PPM user group.
