Activate users in PPM

You can activate the users displayed but not activated in PPM. You can assign required privileges only to activated PPM users. After activation, the user initially has only the privileges passed on from user groups (function, process, data access privileges) and the process access privileges from PPM Customizing.

Prerequisite

You have the Privilege management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open PPM privilege management.

  2. Display the User tab.

  3. From the list, select a user who is not activated in PPM.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Activate user Activate users in the tab bar.

The user selected is now displayed as an activated PPM user.
