Delete actions

You can delete entries in the actions table.

Prerequisites

You have the CPI administration function privilege or are the person responsible for the activity or comment.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Modules > Improvements.

  2. Select one or more actions.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click button_delete Delete.

  5. Click Yes.

The selected actions, including all reactions, are assigned the status Deleted and are then only visible to users with the CPI administration function privilege. These users can then permanently delete the actions or restore them.

Activities and comments to which an activity is linked can only be deleted by the person responsible if the activity is assigned the status Effective or Not effective. If the user has the CPI administration function privilege, this check is not made.
