Identify outliers among process instances

With the outlier analysis , you can identify process instances with a certain measure value above or below the average value or a defined limit value.

The outlier analysis is not available for process instance-independent and user-defined measures.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Modules > Instance controlling.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click New document New.

  4. Double-click Outlier analysis.

  5. Specify your settings and click Finish.

As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the process instances identified are displayed in the analysis area of the Instance controlling module. All editing options of the process instance table are available.
