How to identify outliers among process instances

You can run an outlier analysis based on your current analysis. The process instances and measures set in your analysis are transferred. You can change the relevant measure later.

The outlier analysis is not available for process instance-independent and user-defined measures.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open an analysis.

  2. Display the Query tab bar.

  3. Click Outlier button Outlier analysis.

  4. Specify your settings.

As soon as you click OK, the process instances retrieved are displayed in the Instance controlling analysis area.

All editing options of the process instance table are available.
