Identify alarm value deviations

Identify process instances with unfavorable deviations from specified alarm values.

An analysis of alarm value deviations enables you to identify process instances, in which the alarm value has been infringed. The alarm value corresponds to the measure value that you deem critical for an individual process instance, even if the planned values are met for the number of process instances.

Prerequisites

Alarm values are defined in the database.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click PPM > Modules > Instance controlling.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click New document New.

  4. Double-click Alarm value deviations.

  5. Specify your settings and click Finish.

As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the process instances identified are displayed in the analysis area of the Instance controlling module. All editing options of the process instance table are available.
