Change column sequence in tables

You can specify the sequence of columns in a table. You can set the column sequence using the mouse pointer or via the table's display options.

Prerequisite

You display your analysis as a list table, crosstab, process instance table or function instance table.

Procedure. Procedure

    Mouse pointer

    1. Click the header of a column and keep the mouse button pressed.

    2. Drag the field to the position in the table where you want to insert it.

    3. Release the mouse button.

    The column is moved to the selected position.

    Display options

    1. Display the Base tab bar.

    2. Click button_properties Display options.

    3. Display the Sorting page.

    4. Specify your settings in the Specify column order box.

    5. Click OK.

    The column sequence is modified in line with your settings.

    If your process instance table does not contain more than one dimension you can change the row and column assignment by clicking the Swap row and column assignment (Transpose table) button. All row fields in the table change into column fields and vice versa.

    You can also specify sorting within the individual columns.
