Hide columns in tables
You can hide individual columns in list tables and process instance tables by setting the value 0 as the width of the relevant columns.
The content of the hidden columns is preserved.
You can show the hidden columns again after exporting the table to MS Excel.
You cannot hide columns in transposed list tables.
Prerequisite
You display your analysis as a list table or process instance table.
Display the Base tab bar.
Click
Display options.Display the Table settings page.
Select the setting Individual in the Width for all columns box.
Display the page of a measure or dimension whose column you want to hide.
In the Column width box, enter the value 0.
Click OK.
The column of the selected measure or dimension is hidden in the table.
If you want to display the column again, set a value higher than zero for the column width.
Alternatively, you can show and hide the columns using the mouse by setting the width of a column while keeping the mouse button pressed.
If you move the mouse pointer over the table header, a tooltip informs you whether the table contains hidden columns.
