Specify sorting in columns

You can set the sorting for the columns of a table by specifying the sorting priority and direction.

Prerequisite

You display your analysis as a list table, crosstab, process instance table or function instance table.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Display the Base tab bar.

  2. Click button_properties Display options.

  3. Display the Sorting page.

  4. Specify your settings in the Specify sorting in columns box.

  5. Click OK.

The sorting within the columns is modified in line with your settings.

Tip

You can sort individual columns directly in the table.
