Change column width in tables

Use the mouse pointer or table display options to set the column width of your list table, crosstab, process instance and function instance table.

Prerequisite

You display your analysis as a list table, crosstab, process instance table or function instance table.

Procedure. Procedure

    Mouse pointer

    1. Open an analysis.

    2. Move the mouse pointer above the separating line to the right of a column. The pointer is displayed as a double-headed arrow.

    3. Move the separating line to the right to zoom in the column width or to the left to zoom out the column width.

    The column width of your table is changed.

    Display options

    1. Open an analysis.

    2. Display the Base tab bar.

    3. Click button_properties Display options.

    4. Display the Table settings page.

    5. Specify your settings in the Width for all columns box.

      If you want to set the width for each column individually, enable the individual option.

      1. Activate the corresponding pages of the individual columns.

      2. In the Column width box, enter a value in pixels.

    6. Click OK.

    The column width of your table is changed.
