Display a favorites description in an analysis

You can display the description of a favorite in your analysis. The description is displayed at the bottom of your analysis.

You can enter a description for your favorite in the favorite's properties. If you specified a description for the favorite, the description is also displayed in the display options of the corresponding analysis and can be edited there.

Prerequisite

A description is specified for your favorite.

  1. Display a favorite.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click button_properties Display options.

  4. Display the Labels page.

  5. Enable the Display description option.

  6. If required, change an existing description or enter any text.

  7. Click OK.

The description is displayed in your analysis.

You can transfer description changes to the favorite by overwriting the favorite or create the query as a new favorite.
