Import favorites

You can re-import exported favorites and add them to any folder. You can also import the favorites into a shared favorites folder and thus share them with other users. By default, favorites are saved in a separate XML file.

Prerequisite

You have the Favorites administration function privilege.

You have the Write and Administration access privileges.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Right-click a folder in the Favorites bar and select Import favorites.

  2. Select the folder from which you want to import the XML file.

  3. Click the XML file you want to import.

  4. Click Open.

  5. Click OK.

The Favorites folder, with all its subfolders and favorites, is imported from the XML file and inserted in the folder you selected.

If you select Overwrite favorite, existing favorites will be overwritten by imported favorites with the same name.
