Export favorites
For example, you can export favorites to make them available to other users.
Procedure. Procedure
Right-click a folder in the Favorites bar and select Export favorites.
Select the folder in which you want to save the export file.
Enter the name for the export file.
Click Save.
The selected folder, with all its subfolders and favorites, is exported and saved as an XML file.
This file can be imported back to PPM by you or any other user.
