Edit access privileges for favorites
You can change access privileges of individual users for shared favorites. To assign access privileges for favorites, you use the folders in which the favorites are saved.
Prerequisite
You have the Favorites administration function privilege.
You have the Administration access privilege.
Procedure. Procedure
In the Favorites bar, right-click the Shared favorites folder or a subfolder and select Edit access privileges.
Enter your changes.
Click Close.
Depending on their access privileges, the users can see the shared favorites.
