Import report automations

You can import report automations and add them to the list of available report automations, or you can overwrite existing report automations.

The file to be imported in XML format can contain one or more report automations.

Warning

Overwritten report automations cannot be restored.

Prerequisite

You have the Create report automation function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Click Automations under Reports in the Administration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click Edit Edit.

  5. Click Import Import report automation.

  6. Select the file of the report automation to be imported.

  7. Click Open.

The imported report automations are displayed in the list of available report automations and saved in the database.

The imported report automations are available for editing.
