Export report automations

You can export all report automations available to you into an XML file.

Prerequisite

You have the Create report automation function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Click Automations under Reports in the Administration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click Export Export report automations.

  5. Select a folder and specify a name for the file to be saved, or select a file that you want to overwrite.

All report automations available to you are saved in the file specified.

You can also import report automations.
