Rename report definitions

You can change the language-specific name of report definitions. This name is used to display the report definition to users in the different languages.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Administration opens on a separate tab.

  3. Click Definitions under Reports in the Administration bar.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Edit Edit.

  6. Now you can work with report management.

  7. Click Rename.

  8. Enter your changes. The name must be one word and must not contain any special characters.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Click Save Save.

The report definition is displayed with the changed name. Your changes are applied in the Queries bar.

Click the Refresh view (Refresh) button in the Basis tab bar to make the changes visible.
