Assign access privileges for report definitions
To conveniently make a report definition available to multiple users and user groups on the server, you must assign access privileges.
Prerequisite
The report definition is registered.
You have the Report management function privilege.
Click PPM > Administration.
Administration opens on a separate tab.
Click Definitions under Reports in the Administration bar.
Display the Base tab bar.
Click
Edit.Now you can work with report management.
Select the report definition for which you want to assign access privileges.
Enable the check boxes for the users or user groups who are to use the report definition.
Click
Save.
The selected users and user groups can now use the report definition. Your changes are applied in the Queries bar.
Click the Refresh view (
) button in the Basis tab bar to make the changes visible.
