Refresh statistical data of the favorites cache

You can refresh the displayed statistical data of the favorites cache configuration. Since the favorites to be configured can change all the time, you can obtain the current data from your PPM server and display them in the favorites cache editor.

Prerequisite

You have the Favorites cache configuration function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Administration opens on a separate tab.

  3. Click Favorites cache in the Administration bar.

    The editor window for configuring the favorites cache is displayed.

  4. In the navigation tree, select a favorites folder for whose favorites you want to refresh data.

  5. Display the Base tab bar.

  6. Click Refresh Refresh view.

The current data of the favorites contained in the selected favorites folder are queried from your PPM server and displayed in the favorites cache editor.
