Reset number of accesses to zero
For a new statistical evaluation, you can reset the Number of accesses to zero. This option is available if you select the Shared favorites folder or a favorites folder of a PPM user in the navigation tree.
Prerequisite
You have the Favorites cache configuration function privilege.
Procedure. Procedure
Click PPM > Administration.
Administration opens on a separate tab.
Click Favorites cache in the Administration bar.
The editor window for configuring the favorites cache is displayed.
In the navigation tree, select the Shared favorites folder or select a favorites folder of a PPM user.
Display the Base tab bar.
Click
Reset number of accesses.
The Number of accesses is reset to zero for the favorites contained in the selected folder.
