Assign analysis realm access privileges
You can use analysis realm access privileges to specify the analysis realms that specific users and user groups may access.
You can assign analysis realm process access privileges only to activated PPM users and user groups.
The users in a user group are automatically assigned the analysis realm access privileges for that group.
The system user and the user with the System administration function privilege can access all analysis realms.
Prerequisite
You have the Privilege management function privilege.
Display the User or User groups tab.
Right-click a PPM user or user group and select Edit.
Display the Analysis realm access privileges page.
A list of all analysis realms is displayed. Analysis realms assigned to users based on their user group membership are grayed out and cannot be disabled.
Enable all check boxes for analysis realms you want to assign the user or user group.
To withdraw privileges from the user or user group, disable the check boxes for the relevant analysis realms.
Click OK.
Your settings are saved in the PPM database.
