Apply current analysis setting

You can overwrite the settings of an analysis component in a report definition with the settings of the analysis currently active in the Processes module.

This function is available for data fields of the Measure value type only if a single measure and no iteration is set in the current process analysis.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Right-click an analysis component whose settings you want to overwrite.

  5. Select Apply current analysis settings in the pop-up menu.

The analysis component in the report definition is replaced with the current process analysis.
