Update favorites in your export definition

You can replace the query of a favorite in your export definition by a current query of the corresponding favorite in the analysis.

Export definitions do not support favorites from Data analytics and Cross analytics analysis realms.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Export definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click Open document Open.

  5. Select the export definition you want to edit.

  6. Select a query favorite you want to update.

  7. Click Refresh Refresh favorites.

The current query of the corresponding favorite is transferred into the export definition.
