Create export definitions

In exports, you can output your PPM evaluations as files in XML, CSV and CSVF format. Use export definitions to put together one or multiple queries and export them into the relevant file format.

You use the export editor to create and edit export definitions. An export definition is displayed as a tree structure.

Export definitions do not support favorites from Data analytics and Cross analytics analysis realms.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Export definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click New document New.

  5. Define the properties and content of the export definition. You can add and move export contents using drag and drop. More functions are available by way of pop-up menus.

  6. When you have finished your export definition, click Save Save > Save as Save as.

  7. Select the folder to which you want to save the export definition, enter a name for it and click Save.

The export definition is saved. You can now run the export.
