Export analysis data

In exports, you can output your PPM evaluations as files in XML, CSV and CSVF format. Use export definitions to put together one or multiple queries and export them into the relevant file format.

You use the export editor to create and edit export definitions. An export definition is displayed as a tree structure.

Data from Data analytics and Cross analytics analysis realms cannot be exported using export definitions. Export definitions containing favorites of these analysis realms are not run.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Export definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Create a new export definition or open an export definition that you want to edit.

  5. After you changed and finished your export definition, run it.

    1. Click Run > Execute report Run under if you want to create a new export file.

      Select the folder to which you want to save the export definition, enter a name for it and click Save.

    2. Click Execute report Run export if you want to automatically overwrite the export file. In this case, the definition must have been run at least once before.

The data of the selected analyses is exported to the set file format.
