Identify critical process instances early

You can identify critical process instances early on.

You can use the Early alert system to monitor current processes in real-time by identifying process instances where predefined critical times have been exceeded. If these configurable times are exceeded, the selected users will receive corresponding warning messages by e-mail.

Prerequisite

You have access privileges for the Early alert system Shared favorites folder.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click PPM > Modules > Instance controlling.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click New document New.

  4. Double-click Early alert system.

  5. Specify your settings and click Finish.

As soon as you exit the wizard by clicking Finish, the process instances identified are displayed in the analysis area of the Instance controlling module. All editing options of the process instance table are available.

Before you exit the wizard you can save your settings as Shared favorites for further analysis with your Early alert system. Users with corresponding privileges for these favorites will automatically receive warning messages by e-mail should critical times be exceeded.
