Switch to process instance table
You can display the process instances from your current Cross analytics analysis in a list. The relevant process instance table opens in the Process analysis applying the filters you set in Cross analytics.
You can display all process instances of the analysis or only those of particular data points.
Display all process instances
You can view all process instances used in the analysis in a process instance table.
Display the Visualization tab bar.
Click
Switch to process instance table.
A table listing all the process instances used for this analysis is displayed in the process analysis.
Display process instances of data points
You can display the process instances of specific data points of tables or charts in a process instance table, for example, of a column in a column chart.
Right-click a data point for which you want to display process instances.
Select
Switch to process instance table in the pop-up menu.
The process instance table relating to the data point selected is displayed in the process analysis.
Multi-panel analysis
If you have created a multi-panel analysis in Cross analytics, you can display a process instance table for each panel.
Interactive filters are ignored.
Move the mouse pointer on the title bar of a panel.
The panel toolbar is displayed.
Click
Select views > Switch to process instance table in the toolbar of the panel.To view the process instances of a data point, right-click the data point and select Display process instance table in the pop-up menu.
A table with all process instances used for this panel or the selected data point is displayed in the process analysis.
You can use this process instance table in process analysis just like any other process instance table.
