Display reports
Use reports to edit individual or multiple queries in terms of graphics and contents and make them available to other users. You can use reports to output your PPM evaluations as files in XMS, HTML, PDF, or RTF format.
In a report, only those queries of favorites are displayed for whose analysis realms you have the relevant access privilege.
Prerequisite
You have the required access privileges for the registered reports you want to display.
You have the access privileges required for the analysis realms of the favorites used.
Registered reports
Display the PPM start page.
Click Reports under Links.
The Reports page with the list of reports you have access privileges for opens.
Click the relevant report.
Click
Run report or 
Run report with filter to run the report applying an additional filter.Select the file format and the language for report output if these options are not specified in the report properties.
Click OK.
Select the folder to which you want to save the report and enter a name.
Click Save.
The report is saved in the format you selected and displayed in the corresponding application.
You can only run report definitions that do not have any inconsistencies. Inconsistencies are marked by 
.
If you execute a report in HTML format, the report evaluation may include multiple files: One HTML file with the name specified by you and several GIF files (graphics contained in the report). If you wish to transfer the report evaluation to a different folder, you must move all the relevant files of the report evaluation.
In the Configuration module, you can define reports and make them available to other PPM users.
