Change access privileges for shared favorites folders

You can change access privileges for shared favorites folders for individual users or user groups at a later date.

Prerequisite

You have the Favorites administration function privilege.

You have the Administration access privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In the Favoritesbar, right-click the Shared favorites folder, for which you want to modify the access privileges, and select Edit access privileges.

  2. Specify your settings.

  3. Click Close.

Depending on the access privileges you have assigned to this folder, the favorites in this folder will be available to the corresponding users.

If you move a shared folder, the moved folder automatically receives the access privileges of the target folder. The old access privileges are deleted.
