Create shared favorites folder
You can create new folders that can be shared to manage your shared favorites. This is where you can assign users access privileges for folders. Depending on the user's access privileges, corresponding favorites are available.
Prerequisite
You have the Favorites administration function privilege.
Procedure. Procedure
In the Favorites bar, right-click the Shared favorites folder or a subfolder and select Create folder.
Specify your settings.
Click OK.
A favorites folder that can be shared is created in the Shared favorites folder or the selected subfolder. The newly created folder automatically receives the same access privileges as the superordinate folder.
