Create shared favorites

You can create favorites that you can share. Users with the corresponding access privileges can see the favorites below the Shared favorites folder.

For multi-panel analyses, you can save all displayed queries in a favorite or create a separate favorite for each individual query in a multi-panel analysis.

Prerequisite

You have the Favorites administration function privilege.

You have the Administration access privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

    Simple query

    1. Specify the settings for the analysis that you want to save as a favorite.

    2. Display the Base tab bar.

    3. Click Bookmar Create favorite.

    4. Specify your settings.

      Select the Shared favorites folder or a subfolder, in which you want to create the favorite.

    5. Click OK.

    The favorite is saved and displayed in the shared favorites folder selected.

    Multi-panel analyses

    1. Create a multi-panel analysis.

    2. Create a favorite.

      1. If you want to create a single favorite for the entire multi-panel analysis, click the Create favorite (Bookmar) button in the Basis tab bar.

      2. If you want to create a favorite for an individual query in a multi-panel analysis, click Bookmar Create favorite in the toolbar of the corresponding view.

    3. Specify your settings.

      Select the Shared favorites folder or a subfolder, in which you want to create the favorite.

    4. Click OK.

    The favorite is saved and displayed in the shared favorites folder selected.

    Tip

    Use the Clipboard panel to create multiple favorites simultaneously.
