Share private favorites

You can share favorites with specific users. Users with corresponding access privileges can view the released favorites under the Shared favorites folder. You cannot assign any special access privileges to the main Shared favorites folder. All users can see the favorites directly subordinate to this folder.

Prerequisite

You have the Favorites administration function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In the Favorites bar, right-click a favorite or a folder, and select Share favorites.

  2. Specify your settings.

  3. Click OK.

The shared favorites appear in the folder you have selected below the Shared favorites folder. Depending on their access privileges, individual users can see the favorites.
