Use the PPM user interface
The PPM user interface with its various bars and windows provides you with all tools and functions required for creating analyses as well as configuring and managing PPM.
The tab bars include all functions of the individual analysis realms, modules, or components.
Specific functions and contents are combined in functional bars and therefore easily accessible. For example, use the Dimensions bar to configure the dimensions that are relevant for your queries.
With the help of pop-up menus, you quickly access specific functions of selected elements. You access the pop-up menu of an element by right-clicking the element.
In the analysis area, you can display the results of your queries in charts or tables and configure data or analysis elements (for example, dimensions and measures).
Various wizards support you in creating your analyses. With their help, you can conveniently set your analyses and select suitable views.
Depending on the active analysis realm, module, or component, different bars, analysis areas, and workspaces will be available to you.
The selection of available analysis realms and modules depends on your PPM license and your function privileges.
