Specify default times

In your factory calendar, you can define various reference periods for which you specify the default working time for each day of the week.

Prerequisite

You have the Factory calendar management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Administration opens on a separate tab.

  3. Click Factory calendar in the Administration bar.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. Click Edit Edit.

    You can now edit the factory calendar.

  6. Select the Default settings tab.

  7. Specify a reference period or select an existing reference period.

  8. Select the day of the week for which you want to define times. If you want to enter the same times for more than one day of the week, you can select a range of days.

  9. Right-click the selection and select Days off or Specify working time.

  10. If you selected Specify working time, enter a work period on each row of the table (format: 8:00). The periods must not overlap. Combined, they indicate the total working time for one day of the week.

  11. To add a row to or delete a row from the table, right-click a row and select the relevant menu item.

  12. Once you have defined all the individual work periods, click OK.

  13. Click Save Save.

Your settings are saved in the PPM database.
