Test report automations

You can test a report automation as to whether it runs properly and the created report is sent to the intended recipient. To do so, you can select the default recipients or specify any e-mail address.

Prerequisite

You have the Create report automation function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Administration.

  2. Administration opens on a separate tab.

  3. Click Automations under Reports in the Administration bar.

  4. Display the Base tab bar.

  5. If required, disable the edit mode by clicking Edit Edit.

  6. Select a report automation.

  7. Click Execute report Test automation.

  8. Specify your settings.

  9. Click Start test.

The report automation test is performed. A message is displayed when the test is complete.
