How do data access privileges affect planned value management?
Data access privileges affect the extent to which planned value definitions can be viewed or edited. Depending on users' data access privileges, they may not be able to view and/or edit all planned value definitions.
The dimensions Plant (Berlin, Hamburg, Kiel, Munich) and Region (North, South, East) are configured as data access dimensions in your PPM system.
You restrict a user's data access privileges by assigning Hamburg and North to a user group.
Depending on the filter settings used when creating a planned value definition, this user has the following privileges for viewing or editing a planned value definition:
