Go to central User Management

You can call central User Management from PPM privilege management.

In User Management, you can create and delete users and user groups and assign them function and license privileges. You can also assign individual users to specific user groups. You can also manage your product licenses in central User Management.

Prerequisite

You have the Privilege management function privilege.

In User Management, you have the UMC Administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open PPM privilege management.

  2. Display the Base tab bar.

  3. Click Central User Management.

    User Management opens.

  4. Specify your settings.

  5. In the Basis tab bar of PPM privilege management, click Refresh Refresh view.

Changes made in User Management that affect PPM privilege management are displayed.
