Open report definitions on your PPM server

You can open report definitions stored in your report directory of your PPM server.

Report definitions created with a version older than PPM 4.1 can be automatically converted.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Display the Base tab bar.

  4. Click Open document Open from server.

  5. Select the report definition (.xml) file format.

  6. Select a report definition from the Available files list.

  7. Click OK.

The selected report definition is displayed in the editor window.
