Create targets for cross references in reports

You can create targets for cross references in your report.

With a cross reference, you jump to a particular target within the report. To insert a cross reference, you must first define any paragraph as the target.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Click the paragraph in your report definition that you want to create as the target for a cross reference.

  5. Display the Format tab bar.

  6. Click Paragraph Paragraph.

  7. In the Reference field, enable the Is target for cross references option.

  8. Click OK.

The selected paragraph is available as a target for cross references in the Insert hyperlink dialog box.

You can use the defined target to insert a cross reference in your report definition.
