Insert titles in reports

At any position of your report definition, you can insert titles by assigning a text a title format.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Enter a text in the desired position in your report definition or click a text that you want to define as a title.

  5. Display the Format tab bar.

  6. Select a title format in the Style box.

The relevant text is schematically displayed as a title in your report definition.

The set titles are automatically numbered by default. If you want to number the titles manually or do not want any numbering at all, disable the Automatically number titles option.
