Refresh favorites in reports

You can update a favorite that is linked to an analysis component in your report definition. The settings of the changed favorite are refreshed in your report definition and replace the previous analysis settings.

Prerequisite

You have the Report management function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click PPM > Configuration.

  2. Click Report definitions in the Configuration bar.

  3. Open a report definition or create a new report definition.

  4. Specify your settings.

  5. Select an analysis component in your report definition.

  6. Display the Visualization tab bar.

  7. Click Refresh Refresh favorites.

The current query of the corresponding favorite is transferred into the report definition.
